End User
The tool used by counselors, advisors, staff and managers is web based and requires no special software to be installed on the users computer. It is compatible will major operating systems, and can be used form both on and off your campus if you desire.

Back End
The software on the server is made up of two parts, the Web Application and the Database. The Web Application is written in Coldfusion and runs under Windows. The database is Microsoft SQL and also runs under windows. You can run both of these on the same physical server, but most customers already have a SQL server at their location they prefer to use.

Integration
To get the most out of the system, you will want to integrate it with your SIS (Student Information System) or a Data Warehouse that contains student data. The integration can be done using XML, SQL, or flat files. Our consulting services can be used if you need technical assistance.
